“Factory In charge” Position
Reporting to: Chief manager Factories
Scope of role: Able to independently manage the entire tea manufacturing in the estate as per desired standard-
Location: Tea Factories across Kerala and Tamil Nadu
Years of Experience: 5 to 10 years
Age Profile Preferably below 35 Yrs
Qualification : Any Graduate. Agriculture/ Botany background preferable
Position: Factory In Charges
Compensation: Best in the industry
Main Responsibilities
- Overall in charge of the production in the tea factory.
- Ensure quality assurance.
- Ensure capacity utilization.
- Ensure Product Mix.
- Maximize preferred grades.
- Ensure Cost control.
- Ensure Operational efficiencies.
- Act as interface between Production and Marketing.
- More than 5 yrs in Orthodox Tea Manufacturing
