Jordan G. Hardin has spent most of his life working in the food and beverage industry; in the kitchen, as a waiter, as a bartender, and as many more. A native of Northern Idaho, he studied Film in New York City, then moved to Los Angeles to write. He worked with American Tea Room for five and a half years, eventually as Manager and Beverage Director. Currently, he serves as Manager of Alfred Tea Room and Tea Director for Alfred Coffee.
